Det Lille Pannekakehuset in Lillehammer

Poffertjes are traditional Dutch mini pancakes with an irresistibly light and fluffy texture.

They are typically served with powdered sugar and a dollop of butter, and sometimes syrup. Poffertjes are also delicious with fresh fruits, whipped cream and ice cream, or with savoury toppings such as bacon, ham and cheese.

Here at Det Lille Pannekakehuset (The Little Pancakehouse) everything on our menu is made fresh to order using traditional Dutch methods.
